KAS RENT CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In case of cancellation, KAS RENT will charge the customer certain percentages of the total cost of the services specified in the travel agreement to cover the measures and costs incurred in connection with the trip. These amounts are determined as follows.
Cancellation conditions;
a-The 35% deposit collected by us for the villa rental process is absolutely non-refundable.
b- If the villa rental process is up to 30 days before the date of entry to the villa, 35% of the villa rental price must be paid.
c-If the villa rental process takes place between the date of entry to the villa and 29 days before, 100% of the villa rental fee will be charged.
d-In case the rental process is cancelled by KAS RENT for any reason. This notification will be made by us as soon as possible. At the same time, if there is another villa with the same features available for the same period in our portfolio, it will be offered to our guest. In cases of force majeure (earthquake, flood, disaster, etc.), the entire payment received will be returned to the guest.
e-If you do not come to the villa specified after the rental transaction you have made through KAS RENT, no refund will be made in any way if you leave early.
f-If there is a special cancellation policy for some Villa / Summer House in our portfolio, it is definitely stated in the information section of the villa.
g-In the refund transactions to be requested by you, notifications made in writing by e-mail or registered mail will be taken as basis, and will be deemed valid from the moment they reach us.
h-In case the tenant does not make the remaining payment on time after the deposit payment, KAS RENT reserves the right to rent the specified villa to other persons.
k- After receiving the payment, KAS RENT has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 1 (one) day. In these cases, the refund will be made to the customer account or credit card within 1 (one) day. For any reason, if the villa/apart reservation is cancelled unilaterally by KAS RENT, this will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apart available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be offered to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be returned to the customer. KAS RENT is not responsible for any damages arising from reservations cancelled by KAS RENT and cannot be held responsible. KAS RENT is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for the flight ticket, bus ticket, rented car, boat, transfer service, etc., as well as hotel and pension accommodation fees, etc., all kinds of details that the customer has paid, the burning of the permits obtained from the private company or the state, etc. KAS RENT is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for all details. The customer who rents the villa / apartment agrees to take this into consideration.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases such as war, threat of war, social unrest, terrorist acts, natural disasters, health risks, epidemics (Covid-19, etc.) or death in the 1st degree close family of the reservation holder, which are completely out of our control, if the necessary documents are presented to our company, the prepayment paid for the reservation is suspended for use in a different reservation and the transaction is made by deducting the total amount of the new reservation.
**The total amount of the new reservation may vary depending on the selected facility or the dates to be accommodated.
Right of Withdrawal;
Pursuant to subparagraph (g) of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts prepared on the basis of Articles 48 and 84 of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in contracts for accommodation, goods transport, car rental, food and beverage supply and leisure time for entertainment or recreation, which must be made on a specific date or period.
Damage Deposit
Depending on the characteristics of each villa/summer house, a different amount of damage deposit will be collected from the tenant. This deposit amount will be written on the confirmation document sent to the tenant during the booking process. The damage deposit will be collected from the tenant in cash on the day of entry to the villa / summer house and will be returned in cash if there is no damage, missing, etc. in the villa / summer house delivered intact and the fixtures of the villa / summer house before the tenant leaves the villa / summer house. If the tenant wants to leave the villa / summer house at an earlier time than specified in the contract or if the villa / summer house exit control cannot be carried out due to the intensity, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be taken from the tenant. If the damage to the villa / summer house exceeds the deposit received, the tenant will be asked to pay this damage, otherwise legal action will be taken.
